团队介绍:

深耕肿瘤研究16年, 积极参与生命科学领域的相关研究成功申请了包括国家杰出青年科学基金在内的多项国家自然科学基金项目。以子课题组的身份参与到先导(B)专项项目中。发表高水平SCI论文30篇,包括PNAS发表4篇。申请国内,国际专利21项,其中已获得授权专利8项。

师资队伍:

1.高山,博士

东南大学首席教授,获国家杰出青年科学基金资助。主要从事肿瘤驱动突变鉴定、调控及机制的基础和转化研究,主持多项国家级课题(包括国家自然科学基金杰出青年项目、重点项目、原创探索计划项目,中国科学院百人计划、中国科学院院装备项目、先导计划子课题以及国家重点研发计划子课题等),研究成果共获得国内授权专利8项。担任科学通报英文版编委。课题组围绕肿瘤生态,聚焦肿瘤微环境,鉴定了一系列影响肿瘤演进的关键分子和事件,为肿瘤的诊疗提供了新的候选生物标志物和治疗靶点。以通讯作者先后在Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A (2025、2023、2022、2020),Nature Communications (2024),Cancer Research (2021、2019),Oncogene (2024),Science Bulletin (2023) 等杂志发表论文30多篇。先后解析了CDK4、HRAS和IGF1R等驱动基因的蛋白调控网络,阐明其在肿瘤发生发展中的关键作用。同时,揭示了PD-L2、PD-1互作蛋白网络在肿瘤免疫逃逸中的分子功能和调控机制,并提出肿瘤免疫治疗耐药的全新分子机制。


2. 蒋思远,博士,东南大学生命健康高等研究院副研究员

2009,2014于四川大学分别获理学学士、医学博士学位,2014至江南大学从事博士后研究。主要领域为肿瘤细胞生物学研究。主持国自然青年基金,面上项目一项,江苏省青年基金,国家博士后基金。以独立一作在Cancer Research (2019)、BBRC (2023)、Science Bulletin (2023) 等杂志发表论文三篇,以共同一作或参与作者在PNAS、Cancer Research等期刊发表论文5篇,授权发明专利2项。


3.赵旭杰,博士,东南大学生命健康高等研究院副研究员

肿瘤驱动基因及互作蛋白的鉴定、调控、功能及分子机制的基础和转化研究。一系列的工作揭示了在肿瘤发生发展、耐药和复发中的关键驱动基因,为癌症的精准治疗提供了新的标志物和治疗靶点,并以一作或共同一作在Nature Communications (2022/2023)、J Natl Cancer Inst.(2022)、Clinical Cancer Research (2020)、Haematologica(2023)、BJHaem(2024)等杂志发表。


4.潘永柏,博士,东南大学生命健康高等研究院副研究员

2020年博士毕业于厦门大学,2021-2023年在广东省人民医院从事博士后研究。长期围绕RNA调控的方式与机制开展工作,致力于探索新型肿瘤生物标志物及潜在的诊疗靶点。以第一作者(含共一)在PNAS(2023)、Int J Biol Sci等期刊发表6篇论文(其中5篇为JCR一区),以参与作者在PNAS、Cancer Research、Cell Death & Disease等期刊发表10篇论文。获得国家自然科学基金青年基金和中国博士后基金面上项目资助。


研究方向:

科研进展:

1、驱动基因对肿瘤发生发展的调控功能与机制:①揭示了微蛋白ATHENA通过促进ATP合成,增强肿瘤细胞ATP产生,促进肾透明细胞癌的发生与发展;②阐明了代谢酶P5CS在肿瘤细胞中作为RNA结合蛋白通过调控翻译起始复合物组装,负向调节蛋白合成,提供了肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

2、PD-1表观转录调控机制及新型异构体的解析:①研究了m6A修饰及PRMT5/WDR77复合物在PDCD1 mRNA表观转录调控中的作用,揭示其在免疫反应中的关键功能,并提出了联合用药策略;②鉴定并解析了新型PD-1异构体PD-1-IR2,揭示其在肿瘤免疫逃逸中的重要作用。

3、揭示了外泌体C3和PD-L2在肿瘤免疫微环境中的功能与作用机制,阐明它们如何通过免疫抑制细胞的招募促进肿瘤生长和转移,以及阻断策略。

4、阐明了m6A修饰及PRMT5/WDR77复合物在PDCD1mRNA表观转录调控中的作用,揭示其在调节免疫反应中的关键功能,以及联合用药的策略。

5、揭示了多个关键肿瘤驱动基因(如HRAS、HUNK、IGF1R等)的表观调控机制,揭示它们在癌症发生和发展中的重要作用。
