科研进展:
1.发现了自噬在维持线粒体功能和毛细胞存活过程中发挥重要作用
2.发现了自噬通路上游关键因子FoxG1和TFEB在内耳毛细胞老化进程中的作用机制
3.发现了核因子FoxG1可通过调控自噬影响老化内耳毛细胞炎症易感性
4.构建了靶向内耳细胞的纳米递送体系可有效抑制外界刺激对听觉细胞的损伤
